Mr. Iqbal is from Lahore, Pakistan and received a bachelor’s degree in international law from University Law College, Punjab University Lahore. He has a master’s degree in public administration in international tax from the University of Southern California, and he earned an LL.M. in international taxation and financial services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mr. Iqbal is the currently the managing partner of Azimuddin Law Associates and has been practicing for the last 10 years in the fields of taxation, corporate law, commercial law, civil litigation and family law. Foreseeing many constitutional and legal battles in Pakistan during their current period of transition, he believes that a comparative knowledge of the U.S. legal system is of prime importance in order to advise clients and seek appropriate legal remedies.
