Mr. Lapolla Andrade is from São Paulo, Brazil. He has earned a post-graduate degree in civil procedural law and a post-graduate degree in consumer law from Catholic University of Santos. He has specialized his practice in contracts and damages from Salamanca University, in capital markets from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, in mergers and acquisitions from International Institute of Social Sciences and in Compliance from Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association. He also holds a master’s degree in politics and economics law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Mr. Lapolla Andrade has published several articles about his areas of practice and is currently a member of the Antitrust Law Commission of São Paulo Bar Association and the Compliance Commission of Lawyers’ Institute of São Paulo.
