Ms. Wang is from Beijing, China and earned a juris doctor from Nanjing University. Ms. Wang is currently an attorney at JinChen Tongda & Neal Law Firm. She has experience in merger and acquisition, real estate, foreign investment in China, corporate restructuring and relevant matters. The majority of her clients include offshore investment banks, funds and multinational companies. Ms. Wang was a visiting scholar at Washington University, and this experienced fueled her desire to learn more about the differences between Chinese and U.S. law.
